1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service where you live. If you are under 18, do not use StrangerCam.
2. The service
StrangerCam provides browser-based random matching, profile browsing, messages, and one-on-one communication features. Availability can vary with location, device, permissions, network conditions, account or session state, and the availability of other participants.
Starting a match does not guarantee a particular person, gender, response, conversation length, or successful connection.
3. Visitors and accounts
You can begin using supported StrangerCam features without logging in. Some actions may create or rely on a visitor session. Other features may ask you to sign in or provide information when that is necessary for the feature. You are responsible for activity associated with credentials or devices you control.
4. Acceptable use
Use StrangerCam lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, spam, distribute malware, evade restrictions, interfere with the service, or collect another person’s information without permission.
The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms and provide additional examples.
5. Free allowances and check-ins
A first visit may include free matches and messages. Check-in rewards may provide additional allowances. Availability and the amount shown in the product are the applicable values for your current session.
Free starter access does not mean every call or service is unlimited or free. A failed or interrupted action is handled according to the product’s actual status and server records; do not rely on assumptions about automatic credits.
6. Optional paid services
Paid services are optional. The product should display the relevant price, currency or credit amount before you confirm a paid action. Review that information before continuing.
Questions about an order should include the available order reference, approximate time, device, and page. Do not send full card details by email. Refund or cancellation eligibility depends on the transaction, applicable law, and the terms shown by the payment provider or product at purchase.
7. Profiles, messages, and content
You are responsible for content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not upload or transmit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, private, or infringing content.
Public profile material can be visible to other users. A person’s public profile does not grant permission to copy, record, republish, or use their content elsewhere.
8. Safety and enforcement
StrangerCam may restrict, remove, or suspend access, content, sessions, or features when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, investigate reports, comply with law, or address security and payment risk.
9. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, browser, profile, match, or communication option will always work.
